Removing and replacing joist hangers

Tools needed:  A favored Hammer if you have one, flat bar - cats paw bar, eye, ear and hand protection.

Suggested Min Crew: 2

Work Scope- Work in a 2 person team.  Remove old joist.  Replace with new Joist

Suggested Abilities:  Ability to work on a ladder.  Working height 10Ft Aprx.

Remove, Stain and Flip deck boards

Tools Needed: Cordless impact drill (1/4" suggested), eye, ear and hand protection.

Suggested Team Size:  2 person team to remove / replace deck boards, 2 person team to stain boards

Work Scope: 2 person team to remove deck boards, 2 person team to stain boards, removal team to re-install deck boards once stained

Suggested Abilities:  removal and reinstall team-ability to work on hands and knees.
