The Association Retreat Center
The ARC is located in northwestern Wisconsin along the beautiful St. Croix River Valley, just 45 minutes from the Minneapolis-St Paul Metropolitan area. From 1954-1975 the grounds where the ARC now stands served as a Radar Base for the USAF. In 1979, the abandoned radar base was purchased by the Association of Free Lutheran Congregations (AFLC) and is now a year-round, full service camp and retreat center that has served the St. Croix River Valley for over 40 years.

The ARC exists to glorify Jesus Christ by providing a place where people can be equipped to make a positive difference in their lives, homes, churches, and communities.

Through updated facilities and gracious hospitality, The ARC will show Christ's love in helping build loving relationships and a firm foundation through team-building, leadership training, and physical and spiritual renewal for all ages.
